All products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials or manufacture for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, operation on other than specified voltage, modification by the user, or any other damage caused by neglect, misuse or abuse. Our entire liability and purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the foregoing limited warranty will be, at our option, replacement of the product, refund of the purchase price or repair or replacement of the product which is returned to us with a copy of the receipt. In no event will we, or any of our directors, officers, employees, be liable to purchaser for any consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages whatsoever. This limited warranty is the only warranty provided by us and we expressly disclaim all other warranties, conditions or other terms, either express or implied (whether collaterally, by statute or otherwise), including but not limited to implied warranties, conditions or other terms of merchantability, satisfactory quality and/or fitness for a particular purpose with regard to the product.

We offer a 30 day, from the time of purchase refund of the cost of the product (not including freight) to the original purchaser less a restocking fee of 20%, if you are not satisfied with the operation of the product you purchased. Please contact Customer Service by email service@quietfireplacefans.com or call (919) 494-6811 to request a return authorization. The product must be returned in exactly the original condition. Metalwork scratches, signs of mishandling or electrical damage will be charged for repair and deducted from your refund in addition to the restocking fee. Please send postage prepaid in the same packaging it was delivered to you.
